For those that require more long term transition on your health journey, we offer a 2-4 month Wellness Program.
After your initial appointment and your individual Wellness Plan are developed, you will meet with us weekly. Each week will include a check in on your progress, discuss obstacles, an educational lesson on various health topics and weekly goals.
Our goal is to never make your transition to health overwhelming and undoable, but rather walk along side you coaching you to victory!
We are working toward educating our community on how to achieve health through very specific diet and lifestyle choices. Education is key and learning things such as: Which foods are most inflammatory, which foods to avoid and why, and which foods deliver a powerful punch to disease, make it easier to understand and follow diet and lifestyle transitions.
